One of the most incompetent stores I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Henry the manager is the main issue. To become a manager here there is only one requirement: have a pulse. Will not respect your time or schedule. Delivery guys extremely unprofessional… very sad. Had to report this store to corporate. Do business ANYWHERE else.

I just called there to check on an online order the man who answered the phone was very disrespectful to me I’m past customer with a great Record with them and he just treated like I was no one I will never buy anything from them ever again

Smh another business in the hood with NO customer service skills. I went here about 2 months ago for tires. Guy was excited to help and learn the process. Ran my credit gave me a price. Went thir a week of back n 4th between rac and the tire place. No tires. After 3weeks Complained and district Mgr contacts me his name is angel. After speaking with him the store calls me to start order. I ask for all terrain tires as im in a jeep in cleveland ain't heard back from rac since this was 2-3 paydays ago.. don't go here use someone's address and go to the rac location up euclid in the plaza with savalot
