Been with them for a few years. Finally PIF, great experience with Brittany , I know I was a pain in the ass a bit ,but she always was helpful and patient with me , I love this store and great ppl . I was behind few payments sometimes & they never came and repo my things . Over all I recommend this location . My furniture is nice -sturdy and paid offffff. Thanks guys for all u did 🙌🏽❤️

Brittany at our Cleveland store has been great! She's been extremely helpful and professional and has been a lot of joy throughout this process especially since we were replacing items from when our apartment was burglarized. I explained our situation and she was compassionate and understanding. Her and her staff went above and beyond to help make sure everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted. They even built a couple of the items to make sure they would fit and that we'd like them before they brought them to our house. Brittany and her crew were a joy throughout this process, which I appreciated. They're also down to earth, professional, and patient, especially with picky old me... 😂 I would definitely recommend their store to anyone in Cleveland. Thank You RAC for all Your Efforts.

Brittany at our Cleveland store has been great! Delivery guys are always nice, the people at the Lorain location are always willing to talk to me or help me out. I have had one problem with a payment being taken out twice, but the staff immediately fixed the problem. Never any hassles, and they go out of their way to find the appliance you are looking for. I Highly recommend this location.

Delivery guys are always nice, the people at the Lorain location are always willing to talk to me or help me out. I have had one problem with a payment being taken out twice, but the staff immediately fixed the problem. Never any hassles, and they go out of their way to find the appliance you are looking for. I Highly recommend this location.

I was told I was getting a new refrigerator, the contract I am on is for a brand new refrigerator and black. I received a white used one, while they waited for their truck. A year later, I decide that I’ll just keep the used one since their truck still hadn’t arrived and this way maybe my payments will be decreased. The payments are the same (which btw are way higher than any other store) and I was told they would not change. If I wanted to pay it off today after 1 year of payments, I could pretty much buy 2 of them somewhere else. But basically you pay the same amount for a used refrigerator as you do for a brand new one? hmm ok!

First I Had 2 fleas jump on me while sitting on the couch in their display room. Ordered a washer and dryer set has to be delivered on Monday at 4 p.m. went into the Rent-A-Center on Tuesday evening the previous week to place my order and make my payment. Come Monday at 4 p.m. they never arrived I receive a call at 4:30 p.m. the manager had lost my application and needed all my information again over the telephone so I gave it to her then she decides at that moment to check all my references and job and verifications mind you they are already a half an hour late with the delivery so therefore I did not get it that day. Next day they say they will deliver it between 4 and 6 p.m. again there late they show up at 7 p.m. with a broken dryer they take the dryer and say they'll be back first thing in the morning with another dryer first thing in the morning I called them and the guy states that he did not say first thing in the morning that it would be in the afternoon sometime I told him keep in touch and let me know what's going on never received a call back so I called them around 5 p.m. and I was told they cannot find another dryer I told them come get their washer and I want my money back and I will never do business with them again worst place ever I should have known better not to go back to them to begin with I decided to go to Eagle Rental instead I will never mess with rent a center again they just do terrible business
