I cannot believe how much they call and who they call after being 4-5 days late. I can see if it was a couple weeks. They call the day payment is due, in the morning. I just can’t believe how much they harass with being a few days late. They called my place of employment. This is terrible. If this continues I will take my business somewhere else

Went to get a table set and the guy who was there stayed on the phone the entire time. He never asked could he help what were we looking for did we need anything. He stayed in the office the whole time with his conversation on speaker for everyone to hear. I expressed that I wanted help and he said oh and continued to stay on his phone.

I was approved online and made an initial payment and also paid for a benefits plus membership so next I went to the store for paperwork and the guy running the place was rude and lied to me several times and never returned my call or followed up on my references. Then I got an alert today saying my item had been delivered on November 9th and that I owed you guys 43$. I called the store and asked why was it like this and if I wasn’t getting my stuff then I wanted a refund of my initial payment. He then proceeded to lie to me again like I was his girlfriend. The people there are very unprofessional and the store is always a mess and they leave the dumpster behind the place is always unkept and they keep the parking lot full of trashed returned inventory.

Started my order online, 06/20 I think. There was a misunderstanding on 6/21 over the phone and I'm pretty sure it was my fault. I was replacing my original fridge because no one came to fix it for DAYS and my food was going bad. This location brought me a used, damaged and dirty refrigerator, albeit for less than I anticipated on 6/22... because I was expecting a brand new fridge -- and I don't recall saying that I was okay with a cheaper used fridge. So, it's probably my fault. After I was really angry on the phone I was promised a new fridge in 2 to 3 days. They came by today 6/23 with a brand new whirlpool refrigerator even though I expected an amana. This brand/ model is 4 cubic feet less and about $100 more in cash sale price, but whatever, my monthly payments are the same. The delivery guys were amazing, I cannot express just how awesome these guys were... and I know the store manager was trying to do his best, as managers do. Would I recommend Rent A Center? Generally, no, however this particular location I wouldn't have anything bad to say. It was a fast, efficient and cordial transaction all around, not including my over the phone tirade.

The staff here are simply amazing. When we walk in they know exactly who we are. Always so nice and talkative. Helpful when we need stuffm. I truly recommend this place. We paid off our bed and received 100 gift certificate for a new lease on something. I love that they do the same as cash option.
