Easier than expected, on my end. Manager stayed on the phone with me past closing time to explain details and finish the ordering process.

Good Customer Service just the waiting period, however very nice and respectful people, lot of options to choose from. Going to the washer/dryer to a Ps5, not to busy for a Monday

If I could give less I would. I understand they are in the market of making money. What business isn't. What I don't understand is how they think it's ok just to run a credit card without prior authorization. When you call them on it their response is Oh we thought it was ok to do. It's fine. I can't wait till I'm all paid off. I will no longer be a customer of this location.

We have been having nothing but problems with RAC as a whole. We moved our account to this location and everything was moving smoothly until recently. We have been paying monthly for our washer and dryer (which is SEVERELY OVER-PRICED 3 times retail for USED APPLIANCES). Lately they have been harassing me and my wife on the weekly basis for the past 3 or 4 months due to lack of note keeping and struggle of who has "authority." Well, we have had enough and are now seeking intervention with officials OUTSIDE of RAC from this point on. We are tried of trying to work with them when all they want to do is work AGAINST you for extortion of more money especially when management turns their backs or takes a vacation. Attorney General, here we come!!
