I have been waiting since May 30 for a refund. I never received the product because I canceled right away. Instead of refund, I get a phone call saying Im late with my payment. Have been told for 2 months, I would receive refund in 3-5 business days. Im tired of waiting. Bbb will be notified.
They have my pay dates wrong . Whomever i spoke with today unprofessional. Kept over talking me and hung up on me. Ive been paying for my two items for almost a year. And now they wanna tell me that I have to make a double payment to get my payments back to Monday. Absolutely not. When started I was very clear about my payments and when I would be able to make them. Unbelievable. I'd turn it all back in if I didn't put over 2,000$ into the items I have. So sad.
It’s disappointing how little empathy there seems to be for people who are genuinely struggling right now. I’m only a week behind, yet I’m being treated as if I’ve fallen months behind. There’s no understanding or compassion — just a robotic response of, “Let’s set a date to pick it up.” Sometimes life happens, but that doesn’t mean I’m neglecting my responsibilities. It’ll get paid, just like it always does — I just wish there was a little more humanity shown in the process. Not sure if you guys are aware of what’s going on in the world right now, but some of us have to spend our extra hard earned money on things we don’t normally have to. terrible professionalism
The employees here treat you like family. Always go above and beyond to help. I have bought multiple things from this location. Its always been a pleasure doing business with you. Sean and his team deserve recognition!
Absolutely awful place to deal with. If you’re a day late, they will spam call you and will show up at your house POUNDING on your door. Extremely rude. Driver threw a pumpkin off my porch into my lawn and it smashed guts everywhere. I cannot stress how awful doing business with them has been, mind you I am completely caught up with payment, at most have been 2 days late on payment. This location deserves to go out of business. The manager likes to yell and cuss at customers.
My experience wasn’t too bad, but when my furniture was delivered there’s a spot on it that I didn’t notice at the store. I probably should’ve said something. Otherwise the associates were very kind and helpful!
