First off I paid extra for NEW never used fridge option only for it to come tore up from the floor up constantly making noises and shutting off not only that but it had mold all in it !!! Not no little bit either it was COATED in mold and taped shut . When I called them they said “all you have to do is wipe it down”. When I sent pictures and explained it was so much mold I could get sick my head was aching just having it in my home they said they could pick it up to clean it in 2 weeks so I set up a day and they never came , forcing me to clean it because it’s just sitting moldy in my kitchen I also have two boys under 3 .I’m almost done paying it off now and NEVER missed a payment, the bill was due on the 1st with auto enrollment for some reason they did not automatically take the payment so THE NEXT MORNING the 2nd they are banging on my door trying to take the fridge back yes not even 24 hours later .very embarrassing that my neighbors had to see this when I actually have the money to pay . Over all the MANAGER Dave or David whatever is very rude and unprofessional. His employees are very rude and unhelpful especially the only girl that works there javonna I think . I also went to higher up HR and they did not do anything but tell the manger Dave which the complaint was about , causing him to basically harass me blowing up my phone from the store number and also a personal number which I answered and he starts by mis pronouncing my name even thought he says it right every other time “hi ms. Long you made a complaint on me ?” And I explained to him everything and why he then says “okay I will call you back” and never did . Would never never never ever rent from them it was the biggest most stressful mistake I ever made .

The do not delever on time when I got my bed pieces was missing and parts of the bed was broken the delivery guys had a bad attitude he only gave me 4screws when the bed needed 20screws he said put one in each corner...I have pic but I can't post them this store need to be shut down but I will get the pic out some how do not go to rent-a-center on Lee rd
