On May 14th, 2026, our refrigerator died after 11 years. I called Bestway and spoke to Joe, the new manager at this location and asked if they rent refrigerators for a short-term basis. He said they did. He rented us a BRAND NEW refrigerator at a great price! He is a genuinely nice guy. He felt for our circumstances and had the refrigerator delivered right away! We ended up needing the refrigerator for 2 weeks, due to a shipping issue of the new refrigerator we ordered from a local appliance dealer. The deliverymen, RJ and Steven were the best. They were polite, made sure the refrigerator was unwrapped from all of the shipping material and like Joe, were genuinely nice guys. I have read the prior reviews, which are not great. I think Joe will deal with people in a fair, kind and reasonable manner. My experience at this location was awesome. I've operated my own business for over 40 years, and I know good customer service when I see it. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. I’ve heard some horror stories about rental places price gouging and adding fees to make payments overwhelming high. Luckily, that was no my experience at all with this location. From first point of contact with Joe, he made the process seamless and very easy. Due to my hectic schedule work schedule, my free time is very limited. Joe kept in contact with me throughout the process and even got me schedule for the delivery THE NEXT DAY. As promised my items were delivered at the scheduled time by a great team of young men. Steve and RJ were prompt, professional, and an overall pleasure to be around. They set up my items and rearranged for me multiple times. They also gave some ideas that help maximize my limited space which ended up being perfect! They were even sweet and kind to my dogs! After everything is said and done, Joe is still always available for help with payments and any questions you have. If I could give 100 stars, I would! The experience has made me a customer for life! Thank you gentlemen!!
