Sharon was absolutely amazing from the very beginning—she offered thoughtful suggestions, provided clear details, and truly listened to the needs and concerns of a senior client receiving a lift-recliner. Sharon and Kiley were outstanding during the delivery. Our split-level layout made the process challenging, but they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and great communication. They asked questions, kept us informed, ensured the client tested the chair, and double-checked every detail before completing the delivery. Kiley was professional in her approach and a problem solver. When help was needed she informed the customer if the issue and reached out to Sharon for assistance where Sharon quickly responded to address and resolve the issue. The store is clearly well-run—professional, friendly, and attentive. Sharon and Kiley work seamlessly together and genuinely support one another.
