Customer service is terrible. If you are a day late they call you all day long and press you about it. Said they were going to give me 2 months free since they have terrible customer service and I already returned 1 item because of that but instead giving me the 2 months at the end of my lease. I do not recommend this location or aarons in general. An I am not even 15 days late on my payment an they are driving by my house saying they could not get in contact with me an they have been able to speak to me almost every time they call even at work when my manager told them I am going to get in trouble for being on my phone. It is giving harassment at this point an already trying to file for the stuff back. Terrible place to shop with Highly do not recommend.

Raymond was very professional & helpful . He moved our furniture with no problems . He also sprayed some nice air freshener on the furniture. He taught us how to get the stained outs the pillows .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a customer with this location for almost 10 years and within the past 2 years the management has been HORRIBLE! EDWARD the manger is extremely rude, unprofessional, has a smart mouth and per his own employees he doesn't even treat them good. Ever since I have had my baby this manager has been nothing but a problem. I ALWAYS make my payments rather it is on time or not with a late fee, when I lost my job after having my daughter it was so much "miscommunication" on me paying monthly instead of biweekly. Because of his poor listening skills this manger tried to take me to court and after speaking to me agreed to dropped the court fee due to the miscommunication on HIS end! Ever since then he has been picking at me, having a attitude with me on top of a smart mouth. I have went to corporate with my complaints and as a customer of 10 year I can say I will NEVER rent/buy from Aarons again due to this one poor manager. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Manager lies about quality, delivery and whether furniture is new or used and he is very rude. I told him things I didn’t like about the couch the day it was delivered and he jokingly said I’ll knock 40 dollars off the total price… 1700 couch set that I’d eventually be paying more for over time until it’s paid off… I’ve worked with them in the past and paid off my purchases and I loved this location but the manager there now is rude. Also no and I mean NO late payments. I’ve used these kind of places in the past for furniture and I never EVER had to pay it that same week or they’re picking it up. You don’t have to believe my review but at least I tried to help. I’d say just try another Aaron’s I’m only faulting this location on Glenwood. I haven’t been to any of the other Aaron’s. The same manager lied and said he would let it go past his eyes for the workers to help move my things out before they brought the new items in but he will say anything to pass a sale. As soon as he arrived he let me know he wouldn’t be moving any furniture and instead offered his worker to remove my entire previous living room set on his own. Selfish, rude liar. I’ll NEVER work with them again. On the plus side my buying power went through the roof after paying off my last purchases. Aaron’s may be good but this location is heartless and will sell anything with a lie and a smile. My set was used and he told me consistently that it was brand new but just on clearance. Just don’t. My review is soley so someone else doesn’t fall into it. Not to slander the store brand. Just this location.

I have been making purchases from Aarons in the past at this location. Here recently dealing with this location. The management is rude! when I call inquiring about my account the manager Ed or Edward I don't know I don't go into the store so I don't know who he is never met him. Every time I call he just seems bothered. Like what do you want. customer service is off. After talking to him he never acknowledges to me that he's hanging up by simply saying goodbye have a nice day! just hangs up! I find that rude! might need to get continual training in Customer Service
