I have dealt with many many retail stores in my 56 years. I must say with all the negative reviews that I have seen lately about Rent A Center, that people are amazing. Why would you walk into a store and agree to purchase an item with no intentions of following thru with what is expected. This company allows and entrusts those of us that can't just walk in somewhere and get exactly what they want the chance to purchase whatever they choose. I personally appreciate the wonderful customer service that I have received from my Elizabeth City Store. Ashley and Kadeem go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I am moving to Va Beach and I refuse to deal with any other store but my store in Elizabeth City. People who say bad things about this store are liars. I will continue to purchase everything I need for my new home from the Elizabeth City store even if it means I have to pick it up myself. I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive everytime I am in contact with them. They are the best. So... Ashley and Kadeem.... you have a good appreciative customer for life. You all make me feel special. Rent A Center Elizabeth City is the Bomb. Thanks guys. Love Miss Tamara. 😁♥️
