By far the best experience I have had. The staff greets you as soon as you enter the store. They make sure you leave satisfied. If they don’t have what you are looking for they are willing to shop around for you. The management team is amazing. Kadeem is very professional and has worked with me beyond measures. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

We couldn’t have asked for better service. We were in a tight squeeze because our movers had not delivered our furniture and we had no beds to sleep on. RAC to the rescue! The store Manager made it a special point to pull together a team (himself included) to deliver mattresses/beds to our home so that we would be able to save the money of sleeping in another hotel room. Then on short notice when we did get word that the movers were delivering our furniture, he came back out and got the beds. We truly do appreciate the store and this team. They are a great representation of what Customer Service is all about

I have dealt with many many retail stores in my 56 years. I must say with all the negative reviews that I have seen lately about Rent A Center, that people are amazing. Why would you walk into a store and agree to purchase an item with no intentions of following thru with what is expected. This company allows and entrusts those of us that can't just walk in somewhere and get exactly what they want the chance to purchase whatever they choose. I personally appreciate the wonderful customer service that I have received from my Elizabeth City Store. Ashley and Kadeem go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I am moving to Va Beach and I refuse to deal with any other store but my store in Elizabeth City. People who say bad things about this store are liars. I will continue to purchase everything I need for my new home from the Elizabeth City store even if it means I have to pick it up myself. I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive everytime I am in contact with them. They are the best. So... Ashley and Kadeem.... you have a good appreciative customer for life.
