The best experience ever love it, live it pose for vogue for it. good team amazing experience Dee one of the store managers was an amazing person. She was such a good communicator very elegant with her words very guiding to how to get my order preparation. If you wanna get stuff go to the watervlietstore especially Dee Smith she is an amazing person the best Rent a center place to be at and I’m definitely going back for more. My Godson just got a whole Xbox for the cheap lower price and it works perfectly. And they make sure your plan is nice and tight too you could do it monthly or yearly depends on what your order is. I say go down to rent a Center now in Watervliet and call for Dee Smith and all their team they are giving definitely Dtreaylicious.

I was in the process of purchasing a bedroom and living room set from this store, and everything was going well—I just needed to complete some additional paperwork. However, when I returned to the store close to closing time, I had a very disappointing experience. As I got out of my car, one of the employees came outside yelling, “Hell Naw Hell Naw Hell Naw We’re closed,” in a way that felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand businesses have closing hours, but the way this was handled could have been much more respectful. I briefly spoke with the manager about the situation. While he did ask what happened, the conversation felt rushed and the issue didn’t seem to be taken seriously, possibly due to the store closing at the time. Overall, this experience left a negative impression. Some of the staff at this location could benefit from improving their professionalism and customer service, especially when interacting with potential customers. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this store.

The delivery guys are awesome and very friendly, the store manager, Quentin however is extremely rude and aggressive. Bad for business. This must be his first manager job where he has a little taste of power or something. Not sure what his issue is but I hung up on him after telling him he will not be talking to me like that.

Corey was my sales person from this store at 911 central Ave.Albany, New York. I told Corey what I want it in my home so get me everything that I requested at the color the price the size everything was hit right on the head with a hammer lol I highly recommend this Store and Corey for completing all your design needs for your new home or your old home Keep up the good work buddy
