I have asked a number of times for people to call me and they have not so I don’t know if they are blowing me off or are just not getting the message. I was told if I do not make it to make my payment on the first of the month not to worry that I have a week before I get charged any fees etc. the next day people are calling me being rude. One thing I do not like is that they take phone calls in the office on speakerphone!!! What if I was giving my debit card number and someone heard it??? Now something has happen with a computer I am paying for and I can’t get ahold of the manager to tell them. I am not happy!

I'm shocked this location has as high rating as they do. I haven't patron the store in several years. You'd walk in and felt like you entered the circus. A bell would ring someone would come right out to greet you upbeat and friendly eager to make a sale. 1/22/24 approx. 4pm I went in needing a piece of furniture quickly and they were local. I walked in to what felt like a morgue. A gentleman on the floor soberly greeted me. I wouldn't had known he worked there unless he said welcome to Aaron's. He was dressed like a delivery person I suppose. I got inside looked around waiting for someone to attack and then said to the man do you work here, he replied yes. I told him what I was looking for. He immediately pointed out one option he knew of that would suit my need and said he'd get the sales person. Several minutes later a dark hair young lady moseies on out looking like she was ready to go home not wanting to be there. I told her what I was looking for. She stood there gazing out straight I thought she was scanning the room or her brain to see what might be available finally after an awkward silence of several minutes I said nothing huh? She looked at me quizickle and kind of nodded her head as to indicate help yourself and quietly saying I could look. I said oh ok ill look around then. I took one loop around the place and didn't find anything amongst the sparce inventory so went back towards the entrance where the delivery guy still was, asked his name it was David and he proceeded to inform me that if I didn't find anything in the store that there are more options on line which he proceeded to show me on his phone. He also informed me of how to inquire about the credit since paperwork was no longer done in the store like it used to be. All the while the supposed sale chick continued to stand there clueless in her own world. The employee David that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. HE should be a front desk person for sales and not behind the scenes with delivery because he was most helpful as well as friendly from the minute I walked in and that's what you want! He should be commended for going above and beyond his realm of duties because the other girl that he originally went retrieve to help me was absolutely clueless, useless and not welcoming at all! I'm not going to make a purchase there but if I was it would only be because of that one delivery guy that happened to be there while I was. So Kudos to David the delivery guy and boo to Aaron’s for the decline in service I was once familiar with in past transactions. Ticonderoga resident

If there was one with no stars I would use that one instead. The manager is so rude very unprofessional obnoxious would not help in any way. They sold me a floor module refrigerator and was told they couldn't do any thing about it since it was past the 30 days I didn't know it was a floor module when I got it. Paid almost 1,000 for a refrigerator that doesn't work

The worst place ever. Their regional manager is a coward. I'm a disabled Army Veteran and I lose everything because I can't catch up for 18 day. Please go to Rent-A-Center
