I was surprised when Rent-A-Center came up as an Amazon return location. It was quick and convenient! No line, no problem.

Give absolutely no stars if I wasn’t forced to in order to write a review I don’t recommend this place renting anything I was in need of a recliner due to a surgery now I’m am fighting a bed beg infestation been in my home almost 4 years the company has not even tried to rectify their negligence and damage caused nor have they returned my phone calls will be seeking courts for help had to throw furniture away and damages to work equipment etc do not trust this company here….. worst mistake I ever made in my life

rent a center Lockport on Walnut St , is absolutely amazing! From the time I searched products and furniture and the follow up was superb! April was amazing! She was and is very attentive, answers all of your questions, explains everything and add me feel like I was the only person she was helping when I know how busy she is. She’s super friendly, great customer service. I won’t go anywhere else for my furniture or appliance needs. When I went to store to make payment even all the employees there were very helpful and extremely nice. Great place to get your home furnishing needs!!! Thank u April!!
rent a center Lockport on Walnut St , is absolutely amazing! From the time I searched products and furniture and the follow up was superb! April was amazing! She was and is very attentive, answers all of your questions, explains everything and add me feel like I was the only person she was helping when I know how busy she is. I love these guys. They have helped me out with so much. They work with you and they understand that you have a life too. They are truly caring people. I've been with these guys for a while now. They go above and beyond. My 2 favorite people there are Matt and April. I've been working with them the longest and they are amazing. And fyi I'm not a people person either. But don't get me wrong they are all amazing there. I just have to show Matt and April a bit more love since they are the ones I've been working with the longest. I would definitely recommend these guys without a doubt.

After a fire, Rent a Center, helped furnish our home. They are truly a great company and I would fully recommend them to anyone, especially the Lockport, New York store. The staff is kind, friendly, helpful, fun and awesome! The furniture and appliances we rented are top of the line quality. Bless their hearts for understanding my situation, (going out of work with brain surgery) and working with me throughout my rental. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
