Thegeneral here. Good people, great history, friendly staff, exceptional service,on time, always do exactly what they say they will do for you. Been a customer for over 3 years. Never have I had a complaint or problem. Charlie,Zack,Devin are beyond reproach. Great group of gentlemen here that help you solve your problem. These employees are long time workers with great customer skills. I am continually impressed when I come in the store, it's clean alive and has a friendly we get the "job done attitude". Delivery of products are on time efficient, convenient and punctual. Maintenance on products if needed is immediate. I can honestly say without Questions, I have never EVER had a problem. They are open later than most business downtown with a wide selection of furniture, appliances and electronics. We should be proud and support these types of local businesses. I will. Also,Jimmy's food right down the block is awesome TOO.!!! Chicken wings!! Don't forget the Soul food restaurant too!!! OMG!!! AUTHENTIC TOO SAY THE LEAST!!! THIS IS A REALITIVLY NEW... I'll get some tomorrow now that I think about it!!! You let them know thegeneral sent you.

I use their service I have a great time talking to Mark and Charlie the computer guy. If it wasn't for them my home wouldn't be operating as it is as I'm on a limited income as I work towards better days. Thank you for understanding if I'm late on payments you work with me and even have discounts if there was a ding in the appliance being installed! Love this company -§JR/OSIRIS ∆

I have actually gotten a few things from here and when I was looking for more I was told they don't service Montgomery Co. Because I moved I can't shop here anymore...I would think a solid client bank that will come back would be important not were you have to deliver but I was refused service

I Absolutely love this place! Great people & Awesome prices! I love that they offer retail as well as rent to own. 90 days same as cash is a great way to save $ too! Ask for Dale or Charlie!

Very nice staff. I've been doing business with Dale and Great Rentals for 11 years. They have been able to get my special orders. I have never been disappointed in any of the the furnishings.
