My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by 3 of your employees that we have known for many years. I went in knowing i wanted a couch but didn't know how the processes worked and didn't have high hopes in finding what i wanted that day. I truly appreciate all the help we received along with the laughs and letting my kids run the store. We are very happy with our purchase and cant thank the guys enough for delivering it to me that day! :)

All the guys at the store are the best employees ever! I'll never buy from another Rent-A-Center just this one in Cortland New York because they got a good team and they do anything to help you out! Top notch service! And as far as prices if you pay your stuff off within 6 months you're getting it at retail and if you don't it's your own darn fault you're paying too much so don't complain about it!

They are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, will go out of their way to find the product you want if they do not have it in store. They are amazing. Great team, Awesome service. Have gone through rac for years. Everything I order, the staff knows it has to be brand new. And they deliver on all their goods to my standards. Little expensive vs buying out right at Lowes for ex but that's what the payment option is for. Works with a budget!!
