Was in maplewood location because my refrigerator went out, walked in the store no one acknowledged me (no other customers in the store) Looked at a couple refrigerators on the floor, one stunk as soon as you opened the door, crumbs inside of it, looked at a couple couches to see if anyone of the 3 employees in there would approach me and nothing!! As a former employee of Homechoice multiple years ago i expected better customer service

I recently moved back to Minnesota from Georgia back in July. I was searching online for bedroom furniture when I remembered my sister got her furniture from home choice. So I ended up visiting the Maplewood location with no expectations going in lol... I was just looking and found the perfect bedroom set 😊 I only had to put down $200 and pay $100 every 2 weeks. About 2.5 weeks later my furniture was delivered and due to my on time payments my credit has gone up a bit as well. I'm very happy I decided to go with home choice.

Very Professional Establishment. I appreciate how they treat us here, no matter the walk of life. Will definitely be my go to place everytime I need them. I will also recommend this location to others. Parrish still checks on us to make sure we are all set on our needs, and I am sure he is ready to assist us when we are! I have received incredible service there. I have not missed a payment and the courtesy call that they give to remind you of your payment at the end of the day, on my due date is great. My mother and Aunts have been going there for years, with no problems. When they were going to be late, all they had to do was CALL and the helpful staff put notes in and tried to help them get on track. Communication is the key.

Not terrible. Expensive, but they have nice stuff. It's my fault my credit is crap. I buy a couple products I want or need and I get to make pretty fair payments and it helps my credit. If your late or going to be late call them be real with them. Tell them when they can get their money and they'll work with you. Dodge them and they gonna keep calling. This place isn't meant for people with good credit. If you had that you wouldn't be paying probably one and half times the retail price. Like anything, don't buy what you can't afford.
