Quality Furniture Rental

They stole money from my house, and refuse to give back my deposit. I had a house fire and my insurance company rented furniture from them while I was displaced. They picked up the furniture on October 31, stole cash from my rental house, and as of today 12/20 I have yet to receive my $1000 deposit back. Other than that, the furniture was cheap and broken, the beds unbearable...everything was clean but Motel 6 has higher quality furniture. For $1600/month insurance had to pay out, I would expect better.

After insurance halted our relocation reimbursement we were forced to find alternative accommodations on short notice and find suitable furnishings for 3 adults. Not only was QFR the most reasonably priced option, they were able to fit us into their delivery schedule on short notice especially in their busy season. The delivery crew was professional and friendly and noticed that one of the mattresses was not great quality and they managed to get a replacement out the next day. Great option if you need short term furnishings for whatever scenario arises.

I recently moved to St-Paul and was able to rent furniture for several months. The whole process was clear easy and high quality. Ask for Brian he’s one of the best people to work with. He’s been flexible and helpful to get our family well installed in the twin cities. I would recommend this option for anyone that is looking to have some furniture delivered and picked up.
