Quality Furniture Rental rents to own in Minnesota.

Needed several pieces and being able to pick from the variety here was just the thing. Affordable, staff was super helpful, no pressure, just available to answer questions if needed. Did have a small hiccup with the delivery of one sofa, but with a single call they took care of it. Small business with great integrity. Will be back.

They stole money from my house, and refuse to give back my deposit. I had a house fire and my insurance company rented furniture from them while I was displaced. They picked up the furniture on October 31, stole cash from my rental house, and as of today 12/20 I have yet to receive my $1000 deposit back. Other than that, the furniture was cheap and broken, the beds unbearable...everything was clean but Motel 6 has higher quality furniture. For $1600/month insurance had to pay out, I would expect better.

After insurance halted our relocation reimbursement we were forced to find alternative accommodations on short notice and find suitable furnishings for 3 adults. Not only was QFR the most reasonably priced option, they were able to fit us into their delivery schedule on short notice especially in their busy season. The delivery crew was professional and friendly and noticed that one of the mattresses was not great quality and they managed to get a replacement out the next day. Great option if you need short term furnishings for whatever scenario arises.

I recently moved to St-Paul and was able to rent furniture for several months. The whole process was clear easy and high quality. Ask for Brian he’s one of the best people to work with. He’s been flexible and helpful to get our family well installed in the twin cities. I would recommend this option for anyone that is looking to have some furniture delivered and picked up.

Good quality furniture at reasonable prices. I am a repeat customer.Selection changes so go back and you'll see some new choices. Bargain room in the back as well.

I've worked with Joe and Monica when purchasing a number of things over the years and they have been extraordinary to work with. The store is filled with plenty of options to purchase a few accent pieces or to go all-out and redecorate your entire home. Pricing on their inventory is unbeatable. I recommend them to all of my clients and feel confident they will receive great service and top-notch furnishings every time I direct them to the showroom. Furniture rental is their specialty and they make the process seamless, as I work with a number of clients who require short term furnishings and have raving reviews about the entire experience. Thanks, Quality, for taking such great care of myself and my clients!
