My washer went up and buying a new one wasn’t an option! I did the application on line on Monday. Talked to John and he explained what else I needed to complete the process, my washer was delivered today by Alonzo and he was GREAT!! I called the store this morning to confirm delivery and Alonzo said he would be here by 12, he sent me a text when he was on his way, he got here at 11:55. He helped by moving the broken washer out of the way, installed the new one! He was professional and provided great customer service! Thank You Alonzo and John, you both are greatly appreciated.

It all started with a phone call to the store Mrs. Karen was the amazing Manager that answered the phone and its been amazing ever since! We ordered our bed from them delivery went amazing I've called back each time getting someone new on the phone from the different days I've called they all addressed me directly from my name each call in every staff has been amazing super friendly helping me along my agreement I'm looking more into getting more items for my home next stop is a bed for our daughter this rent a center sets it self far and beyond away from the others this store itself is amazing! I walked in the door feeling like I'm getting the items I want the items shown are things I love and not random items I won't want but each item I have explained to them I wanted was exactly the kind of item looked for in my head like they know I wanted that exact item! Mrs. Karen and Mrs. Sophie are amazing with great staff very friendly hard working employees each day
