The staff were very professional and definitely took care of me when I needed a couch and tv for my new apartment. They were very friendly and got my stuff out to me the very next day. I will definitely be coming back to them for more stuff.

The whole deal was so simple! I filled out an application on line. Picked the unit I wanted. Paid the initial rental fee on line. A week later my washer/dryer arrived. There were two gentlemen that delivered, set up, and checked to make sure all was in working order. I am thrilled about the whole process! This has to be the best business deal I have ever encountered! Thank you American Rental!

On my 3rd purchase,from the shelbyville store ... staff are great ,steve is on top of any issues you may have . Had an issue with a recliner and they did everything possible to solve it and make sure i was happy... zero complaints
