Great service and quality, unless you allow a child to rent something under your account (one account per mailing address), at which point, it became a nightmare as my account started being sent to my child's name and email, and not to my own.

This place is a joke. They tell you one price but charge another for whatever your renting. I rented out a whole bedroom suite it came with scratches and everything. Also it broke . They tried to sell me pressed wood bed frame. My animals about got hurt or I could have from there negligence. Do not rent anything from here unless you want them to take all your money and sell you used and broken stuff.

1 Star because you can't post with out at least one. I did an order online called the store to finish the arrangements and I assume they don't need anymore business This manager has credit qualifications that no other Rent a center uses I was told that I would be called back by the manager and I have never heard from him yet. If you want real customer service do not go here but you can be treated very well if you go to Shelbyville KY and go to American Rental they care and are glad to serve you and that they will.
