My boyfriend and I are leasing a stove. They brought it last week which everything was great & smooth, our delivery driver was very nice. However, I went to put my cookie sheets in the broiler pan part of the oven due to the storage & when I opened it up, there was mice shit all over the inside. We have no other signs of mice at all, but I did notice too that the inside of the oven was very dirty. Its disgusting they don’t clean their used items. We shall see what the greedy manager has to say tomorrow.

I do not recommend going to the store. They refused the same-day pick up could not give me a lease or a receipt, proving that my lease has been wiped and canceled. The lady was highly rude at the front desk. They got their payment for the order that I did online but now I have to wait these to get my money back and they can’t prove to me that they voided out the contract either not a good place to do business I would go to American rental or Aaron sells and leasing before I would ever come to this Rent-A-Center

Worst customer service I have ever had. I told them I would have the 2 payments I was behind tomorrow and they straight told me that’s not gonna work so I’m going back to Aaron’s. They also cracked my end tables while installing

The lady I talked to here was absolutely amazing . and she sent to another store to get the product I needed that day because they were out at there location. Very nice people here .
