Everyone I have worked with at the Muncie store have been amazing. Super nice and always right there to answer any questions I may have.mickey is always very very helpful and anytime he can he’s right there.
We rented a rider and even though they didn't have one their other store did with only 10 hours on the motor. They were quick to get it to us in timely manner.
Mickey is the best he's a good business man and he's the reason we keep going back to American rental. He's been there from getting my husbands sons bed to our bedroom set and other things
I wanna give a shout out to the store manager. As he helped me find exactly what I needed at a reasonable price! Exceptional customer service was provided to me and my children.
I came in Tuesday did an application. Was told to call back Thursday. I felt like they should be calling me but whatever I went along with it . I called back the gentleman said give him to till 2:30 they are super busy. That’s understandable but I came in Tuesday and did my part , still wasn’t able to get serviced! I never received a call . I went to Aaron’s ! I was in and out in 30 mins . Very bad first impression of this business.

Good place with nice staff. They always help me get what I am looking for or need when I come into the store. The staff always greats you as soon as you walk in the door. And they go out of their way to help you with whatever they can. I recommend American Rental.
Had exactly what I needed at a much better price than the other two RTO places in Muncie, and the guys were very helpful with getting everything setup!
I've dealt with them for five hrs love the service and the manger Mickey is great to work with . He knows how things happen and he help as much possible most don't he has help my family greatly.
The whole team was helpful and friendly manager was very respectful everything was easy and I was really satisfied with the quality of the furniture 5⃣ stars is what I give this company I would definitely recommend you go here
