I am only leaving one star because the female associate at this location was polite and genuinely tried to assist me. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was highly disappointing. My furniture was delivered late, and my sofa set arrived missing one of its decorative pillows.On the day of delivery, I was informed that the specific bedroom set I had chosen for its vanity mirror was out of stock, and they planned to substitute it with a set from another store, causing further delays. Communication was a major issue; I had to initiate every update. Staff members were often unaware of the status of my order, and the manager continually failed to return my calls as promised.Furthermore, the delivery team brought the wrong size base for my bed, leaving me without a bed for another night. Although the manager offered one week off as a courtesy, the remainder of my bedroom set has still not been delivered. I do not recommend this store, as they consistently fail to fulfill their promises and lack basic customer communication.

Store wasted me and My Husband's time. was told I had to go up to the store so they could put a face to the delivery then all of a sudden was told due to another problem they couldn't deliver, but then was told OK. I had to pick and choose what I wanted. delivered after picking and choosing, I was told again that they couldn't deliver anything i asked for a refund all of a sudden it takes 3 to 5 days yet the last two refunds they initiated came back the same day. called corporate they said the refund was never initiated robbed me of $30

I had took the day off. They sent me a confirmation and set a delivery date confirmed. It was past the time of the delivery. I had called them to find out they are not delivering. DO NOT GET NOTHING FROM THEM!!!

I want to start this by saying that Ana and Jazmin are absolutely amazing! Also Jesus, he delivered most of my purchases very knowledgeable and very professional! I have been a customer of theirs for some time now and I appreciate all they do. Their store has the best customer service literally 10/10. For all my future purchases it will definitely be at this location. I don't understand where the bad reviews come from, you set up a delivery for the items you wish to pay for and they are delivered within the next couple days. If you can not pay your bills on time then maybe the service they provide just isn't for you. Also, complaining about delivery times is childish, if you received a call from them and you are expecting a delivery you should probably answer the call or call back at your earliest convivence. I have never read so many reviews by weird adults. I hope this specific location continues to succeed in this industry because they have worked so hard for it. Thank you guys for all you do!
