Let’s start by saying first off they act like mobsters when you get behind. Secondly every week it seems like there’s some sort of hidden fee that wasn’t on the previous payments. Like rentacenter club first off they said it’s included in my payment. So why am I paying for it then? Secondly you don’t have a choice on if you want it or not. They said it’s mandatory to have it. So again why am I paying for it? I know once my rentals are paid off I will not be returning to rentacenter for anything else. The only reason they got 3 stars is because I’m feeling generous today.

Been over all a good experience Have had problems at one time with a manager there over something I feel he went to far on and I know from experience it’s not ok to talk with customers in this manner . After stating I wanted to get in touch with corporate office the problem pretty much resolved itself . I understand management deals with all sorts of people and all types of circumstances but feel the manager had no businesses to react to me this way no matter the circumstances

I been paying on my stuff for 2 years I'm stuck in this contract and want to get out I done paid for the couches 3 times and still the price have not change it's a scam and messing up my life I will never do it again
