I cannot say enough great things about Earnie, the manager who truly made my son’s Christmas possible. Despite the fact that there were no deliveries available, Earnie refused to let that be the end of the story. He went above and beyond, found a solution, and made it happen. In a time when customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Earnie showed genuine care, dedication, and a willingness to help that is incredibly rare. He understood how important this purchase was for my son’s Christmas and treated it with urgency and heart. Because of Earnie, my child will have a Christmas to remember. The previous review was terrible service however I returned everything on Wednesday they gave me NO DOCUMENTATION to say I returned my furniture I called corporate they said someone would reach out to me NO ONE HAS I still have no receipt to show I returned everything I can honestly say Georgia Cust service all around leaves ALOT to be desired!!!!! It sad that they treat you like you don’t know any better !!!! I called and both parties are acting like I don’t get a receipt ASAP I didn’t just start doing business with Rent-A-Car center but this site is by far the worst
