If I could give zero stars based on my experience with Corey alone, I would. Corey is, without question, the most unprofessional account manager I’ve ever dealt with. Every interaction is filled with unnecessary attitude, condescension, and arguments instead of actual customer service. Rather than trying to resolve issues, he seems more interested in talking down to customers and creating conflict. What’s even more concerning is that he repeatedly calls to threaten to pick up merchandise, even after payments have been made. His behavior has been so unacceptable that I’ve had to contact corporate on at least three separate occasions. The final straw was when he called me “slow” during a phone conversation. There is absolutely no excuse for an employee to insult a paying customer. I immediately ended the call and asked to speak with Ms. Von instead. No one should be expected to tolerate that level of disrespect. The only reason this review isn’t one star is because of Ms. Von. She is the complete opposite of Corey—professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She treats customers with dignity and makes the experience easy and pleasant. If this location had more employees like her and fewer like Corey, it would be an excellent place to do business. Corey should seriously reevaluate whether customer service is the right profession for him, because his behavior reflects poorly on the entire business.

I have been waiting for a pick up for about 2-weeks now. I’ve called and was told manager will reach out but no callback received. I had to call them. There is always an excuse to why the service is not available. The given times I made arrangements to be present, they never showed up or don’t have enough staff to deliver.

Alexis was AMAZING very informative helped me make the BEST decision for ME and I was able to get my son a BEAUTIFUL bed set THANKS AGAIN ALEXIS!!!

Alexis is management and she came to help deliver my huge couch ! She’s great ! And the older gentleman she was with was amazing as well! Both did a phenomenal job with a great attitude ! Handled the furniture with care and set it up just how I asked. Thanks you two !!!

The negative reviews are top notch true. The phone call was unpleasant. It was said they would call me. I had to call them. Online promo is for $1.00 down day of lease signing only to be questioned why I didn't sign up for EZPAY. Automatic payments are optional. It seems as if they want you to pay first month before delivering your order. Beware shop elsewhere folks.
