Really great experience all the way around. I already got 2 freezers from them and am in the middle of my 2 purchase which is a bundle. I've hit some hard times and have done my best to communicate and they have all helped me in every way they can. I really appreciate the staff, and the products they have provide. They have truly been a blessing in my life right now and though that may seem like an exaggeration its not all.

I only dealt with this company for two weeks. I paid a deposit to rent out a washer and dryer. They sent somebody out here that didn’t know what they were doing when they were putting in my dryer and burnt out my outlet I had to put in a request for my maintenance guy where I currently live and I did explain to these people because that outlet was burnt out. I was not able to sit here and laid up and have dirty clothes because I have a child so they deferred the first payment, but now they For a second payment for a washer and dryer that I still have not been able to use this has been in my home because of the fact One of their employees burnt out my outlet for my dryer unit so of course they’re calling threatening to come pick it up so I just said come pick it up and I hung up because I felt like it was ridiculous. At this point I will not be using this company again this was poor service and highly unacceptable.

The macon shurlington dr location manager and assistant manager are very helpful and do a great job, delivering great products and take the time to ensure all their customers are satisfied. They also have a new guy with a clean cut braids style hair style. He didn't help me, cause he was prepping for delivery. But that guy has the best attitude and I'm sure delivers quality service with the products he is delivering.

Appliances aren't available as needed anymore. Instead effective 2023, customer is obligated to rent appliances for a minimum of one month. Not acceptable, especially if owners appliance will be repaired within two weeks and RAC will not reimburse the difference. How is this good for business or its customers? It's a pass for us...

So I order my product a week ago and they had to deliver it. The day of delivery they took all day to get to my address. I stayed at home to insure they delivered it. I called to ask did I need to come pick the product up because they weren’t still at my address, I was told the reason for delivery was because they had to know where the item was I then told them well I have other thing to get done and would be more than happy to pick it up. They then said again it’s taking all day for this one product to be delivered. This is a shame and when I called the store it seemed like they had a party going on in the background.
