These guys were SO accommodating. Samantha, the associate that we worked with was so pleasant! She was happy and cheerful the whole time we were there even though we asked about almost every piece of furniture in there. Not to mention, I changed my mind about 5 times. Great customer service and phenomenal salesmanship from Samantha. We got the couch we always wanted AND a washer and dryer set that makes it fun to do laundry. The delivery was on time. They did make a mistake and left some of our order at the store! They corrected it though, and made another trip the same day to get us the rest! If you need some new to you stuff with affordable payments, and you want excellent service, stop on by!

I have shopped in our town for many years and quite frankly was devastated when I couldn’t find probably one of the best sales persons this town has. I walked into Starke Rent a Center and there was Tish. Your store recently moved to a location that could really bring in some very good business. You truly have a Star employee in Tish. She is knowledgeable, her customer service skills are amazing. Her reputation in this town for her Customer Service is wonderful. Just wanted your operation to know what a great Sales Associate she is.
