I have been a customer of this RAC for over a year and a half. Never had any true issues. However, as of today, Donovan W. of store 07302 exemplifies terrible customer service. He is judgmental and rude. On top of that, internal communication is lacking heavily. :)

I've been a customer with rent a center for years this bed, TV and couch set would've been my third set of furniture with them but due to management and the assistant at this location I will no longer buy anything from rent a center I came in sign and fingerprint my agreement per request I receive a call today from the assistant of the store stating they were coming out with the product I stated my family member will be there to let them in and I was told I would have to be present due to I had to sign paperwork and fingerprint it, I replied I already done that he said well if he couldn't find the paperwork he wasn't sending his delivery guys out. so he hung up to I guess look for the paperwork( the drivers had it) ( No apologies or nothing) I called back to ask what time was the latest for them to deliver he told me 10-5pm but today the time frame was between 10 to 12 so I was ok with so before I could say anything else he went to say we're just gonna cancel and refund you I explain that was not what I wanted and could I speak with the manager the assistant put me on hold then the manager came on just as rude saying he seen nothing wrong with what he said he was stand right next to him( which I find weird cause if he was standing there why did the assistant have to put me on hold) so he continue with we're just not gonna do business with you and we're refunding you your money so I called corporate and I'm suppose to receive a call from the district manager soon to talk to him about this situation but I will never rent anything from here ever again you guys have definitely lost a customer 😡😡😡😡😡😡
