Western Builders & Sheds LLC rents to own in Washington.

I had an outstanding experience with Old Hickory Sheds in Puyallup, Washington, and I want to give special recognition to Richard on 176th. From start to finish, he went far above and beyond what you’d expect from a salesperson. He answered every question I had, was extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was his dedication. Richard even used his own personal cell phone to send me updates on the weekend when he wasn’t working. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does, and I’m convinced he handles much more than just sales at that location. If you’re looking for top-notch service, honesty, and someone who truly cares about helping you, ask for Richard. He absolutely deserves recognition for being such a valuable employee. Highly

I ordered a 10 x 12 barn style shed with a roll up door for my cabin in Glacier. Old Hickory built it faster than promised and the quality is great. Tracy was very communicative setting up the delivery. Fernando delivered it and I had to have it placed in temporary location. Aaron came back out and moved the shed to the permanent spot for a reasonable fee. Both drivers were really skilled with the equipment to move the shed around on my property. Everything turned out great and I'll reach out to Old Hickory again next time I need a shed.

We bought our shed in Elma and from sales (including their design website) to delivery, service was superior. Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, smiling and the entire process went smoothly. The delivery driver was nothing short of amazing. You can tell they all enjoy providing superior service and product!

Would not purchase from this place again. Everything started out good. Shed got built and arrived in a timely matter. A day after it was delivered, it rained. I notice a leak in the roof. Upon further inspection. I find mold all over one of the walls. Been trying to get a hold of the builder and nothing. Been two weeks now. Must have given me a shed that was built already. Just sitting in their yard getting moldy, while leaking water. Very disappointed.

Purchased second shed from Puyallup location. Salesperson was good no issues. I did have a big problem with delivery. The driver Fernando was unprofessional and unskilled he hit the side of my house ripped off my gutter, and left huge RUTS in my yard from his truck. He was supposed to use his mule but instead backed his whole rig on the ground that was set to handle the weight of a shed. He gave his word that he would fix the damage but didn't keep it. I contacted the company after a month they repaired damage to the shed only. Jake the supervisor from ohs directed Fernando to move the shed to a temporary location since the delivery was a debacle. I contacted my insurance company and ohs main office at this point no one is taking responsibility to fix this. Don't have Fernando as your driver and don't expect quality of service. I will not do business with them again!!!
