Absolutely phenomenal Experience! Pam and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They were great communicators and patient with us during the decision making process. The installers got to work as soon as they arrived and had our building up in a day and half. Would definitely recommend USA Portable Buildings in Shepherdsville, Ky.

I would have given them five stars if they had handled my situation better and showed they cared for the customer more than money, but after speaking to that lady she convinced me to write this review. The appointment for my carport was in the afternoon. It even had it on the receipt that I had to sign after it was finished. I got a call at 6:37am and he said he was already at my house at 6:30 a.m. the day of install. I was already at work. I was scheduled to leave work at 11am to be home before the afternoon scheduled time. I'm thankful that my work worked with me and let me leave after I got their call. Some people doesn't have that option. What is more upsetting is, when I called this company to give them advice on how to make their business better by saying just to communicate within their company better so this doesn't happen to someone again, they cared more about making excuses than they was listening. They didnt care about my opinion to not have this happen to anyone else. That is very frustrating when I was inconvenienced and they really didn't care and not once said sorry. I was asking, what if I wasn't there to pay them and she didn't answer. She rushed to get off the phone because someone was calling in but they didnt answer my call the first time and returned my call and that shows that they did not care what i had to say. It gives me mixed feelings on ever working with them again or recommending them to anyone.

Courtney was AWESOME!! definitely is the type of guy to put his customers first every time and always responds in a timely manner. he is very professional and polite. he is and should be your go to guy every time! thank you for a awesome experience!

Great small family business! They made the buying process of one of their buildings so easy. Great product with a great warranty. Jenny was my sales rep and she was amazing to work with! I highly recommend them.
