We stopped by this company today and left with smiles on our faces. Sam spent quality time with us going over the many features in the different models and how they could be customized to our individual needs. What made this company a real stand out, besides Sam, was the fact that with the computer program they have, you can immediately see your selection with the colors you chose, the roof style, door and window placement and the interior upgrades you may want. You can’t ask for anything better than that. We had previously walked around another company but were not treated the way Sam treated us. His friendliness, patience, knowledge and genuine concern for our needs were outstanding. Now we can’t wait for our custom model to be delivered!

Amazing!!!! Sam was incredibly knowledgeable about Premiere Buildings. No one can be the high quality and price, I’ve checked!! Went to eight other building places and had to deal with pushy men who didn’t listen to what I needed. Same was friendly and took the time to listen and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. NOT PUSHY!!! He genuinely cares! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
