Best place to buy a shed! I just ordered my second shed from Southern Ohio Barns. Super friendly and helpful! Spent some time helping me figure out what was going to work best for my needs. The first shed I special ordered and got to pick my colors, how many windows and what kind of doors and even a skylight! Even after all of that it was still a better price than everything I had seen on marketplace. Today I went back for a chicken house and they helped me find a repo shed that saved me money and already had everything I need for chickens. The actual purchase part is super quick and easy. They have options for cash purchase or rent to own. I have plans for another shed in the future and I will definitely be coming back to Southern Ohio Barns!

I cannot say enough great things about Southern Ohio Barns, especially Aaron. He answered every question I had, and the customer service was truly top-notch. The delivery was quick and seamless, and the driver was wonderful to work with. The building itself is fantastic, high quality and exactly what we hoped for. So many companies could learn from how this team treats their customers. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future! Not only did they rush me into buying by saying "another couple is looking at this one so if you want it you have to buy it now, or wait until we build another one". Then the morning of delivery, after I had already taken off work, they call me at 745am to tell me they dont have the one I ordered. So I either had to chose another color combo, or wait another couple of weeks and take more time off. The delivery guy was rude and confrontational, and left my shed 15" in the air. The owner of the company told me this is standard and he didnt care because he doesnt own it anymore once its delivered. When I asked how I was supposed to get a lawnmower in and out of it, he said it wasnt his problem and again it was standard. Complete sham of a company. Don't waste your money or time.

Easiest purchase ever!!! They answered all my questions and know their jobs well. It was an absolute breeze working with them. Driver was great also. He leveled it and made sure we were totally satisfied before he left. Super people.

I love the 12’ x 20’ lofted high barn that I recently purchased from Southern Ohio Barns. Aaron Metcalf was great to deal with. It was a special order barn that took right at four weeks to be delivered after the order was placed. Very good quality and reasonable price. The installation went very smoothly.
