Price on sign inside building stated $110 a month. The total price was 3 thousand and some odd dollars. Once the lady did the paperwork the monthly payment was changed to $190 a month and total price was $6,000. Classic bait and switch. Now im stuck with a building i cannot afford and have finished it out inside. Didnt know the prices till being charged $190 and looking at the paperwork. It was a late model building and they raised the price over time. Sketchy to say the least.

I originally contacted grace. Portable buildings looking for a small shed for our property they. Had a nice building that was used. It looked good in the pictures, and I was told a price for the used building. The delivery of the building went fine. The placement of the building, it was not what we wanted. And the driver argued, until he got his way. Months after receiving the building emails paperwork in the mail reading over the contract. I was charged a new building price and not a used building price that I discussed with my salesperson. This became obvious when I asked for the payoff, and it was more than the price of a new shed. We decided to keep the shed anyways. And try to negotiate a larger shed to be placed in a spot that we would be happy with my phone calls were ignored. Nobody contacted me back until I quit making payments when I stopped making a payment. I was then threatened that my shed would be repossessed at that time. I tried to discuss a different shed and a new placement of this new . I was again ignored. Nobody contacted me back after sending them over $600. Nobody contacted me. Nobody called nothing in my emails, nothing in my mailbox. I made a few more calls with no returns. Was told to call somebody else each time? And then they came to pick up the shed at which time was after a rainstorm and they destroyed my field with their machine, removing the used shed.They tried charging me double the price for.a used shed I would never ever ever use this company for anything. I would not sell them a log off my property for them to build a building and to take advantage of another customer. This company is horrible.. besides the fact, their construction is weak shed came delivered with termites. I had to treat the shed continuously to rid it of the bugs that it came delivered with.it. sad to say but this is not a company. I would recommend to anybody

They don’t stand by their warranty rotten exterior wood trim and stain/ paint peeling.first they said stain wasn’t covered,then they said wood rot wasn’t covered because of mod. Which is a light and plumbing pipe.

I recently purchased a Graceland shed and it was a terrible decision. The quality of the shed itself is fair, there are limited color options, and the workmanship was mediocre indicated by the exposed nails on the interior of the shed. My larger complaint with Graceland is their delivery and inability to stand by their word. It took this company two attempts to deliver my shed, due to inadequate training of the original driver. In total their trucks blocked my narrow street for 3 plus hours aggravating my neighbors and posing a safety risk should emergency equipment be necessary. The bigger concern though is that they did damage to my neighbor’s yard by digging in large ruts, they got their truck stuck in a ditch which required another neighbor to spend an hour and a half of his time helping them get out, they hit a telephone pole and a transformer box. The regional manager was on site during all of this and said not to worry that Graceland would take care of it - that was a blatant lie. Graceland never followed up with my neighbor or myself, we had to absorb the costs of their shoddy work. All Graceland offered was a $200 gift certificate which in no way compensated for the damage caused and was declined. In the past I have always purchased from Tuff Shed and should have done so this time. Even after the shed was in place it was evident that the paint had been damaged during the delivery process. Graceland sheds are not cheap and my expectations were that the company would stand by their product, their delivery and their customers; be warned, they do not. I will never purchase anything from Graceland again and encourage anyone considering buying from this company to really weigh the risks associated with their lack of integrity.

We ordered a shed Jan 5,2023. It was not delivered until April 13, 2024, and was damaged upon delivery. We had to file three separate warranty claims, and after several calls , they finally sent a repair man out June 13, 2023. (Your repair man was extremely polite and efficient at fixing the problems) I will say we are disappointed after all your hype about quality and workmanship. You quoted us 8 weeks, which you didn't meet, or call us. We had to continually contact you for updates. One of the three windows was nailed shut. Another was so warped we couldn't open it, and the third window screen had a hole in it. The door had flew open during transport, it hit so hard, it broke the 2x4 in half, that supported a window. Not really pleased with the stain job on the front of the building, looks like they missed part of it. I know it's just a shed, but when you hype the up sale, you should follow through.
