We couldn't be happier with our chicken coop! 5 stars isn't enough! Working with Miles was such a great experience. He was knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what we wanted. It's rare these days to work with a business owner who is so personable and easy to work with. The coop turned out even better than we imagined. It's sturdy, well-built, and you can tell a lot of effort went into it. One of my favorite parts was getting to customize it. I chose a beautiful red, and it turned out SO cute! It's not only functional, but such a cute addition to our property! If you're considering a shed, chicken coop, or any custom structure, I couldn't recommend Sheds By Design enough!

Miles is the man. I absolutely love my shed and the way we designed it. He knew exactly what I wanted when we spoke. Delivery & lead time was right on schedule, actually ahead! I’m getting a ramp and stairs as well. He’s willing to work with your budget, schedule, and overall just a very hardworking, genuine and personable guy. Communication was never lacking, numbers were transparent. I highly recommend utilizing his services and expertise!

Great experience with this company. Miles was great to work with, knows his stuff, and made a job moving two large sheds for us really easy, at a very fair price! I had two other companies come out to quote it who were going to use cranes and flatbeds and I never even got the quote but I have a feeling it would have been more expensive than the sheds were even worth. Found Miles and Sheds by Design, they brought the right equipment and had everything moved. Two sheds, put them back in place, leveled them, and had them ready to go in just a couple of hours. Made for a very simple project on my end. Definitely recommend and I'll use them again. Great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sheds By Design. From the start, communication between Silas and Miles seemed disorganized and inconsistent, which led to confusion and unmet expectations. Important details were either not clearly explained or contradicted later on. The build quality itself was also a major letdown and not to the agreed apon expectation of reinforced flooring and standard building practice walls. The flooring in particular feels weak and not properly supported, which raises concerns about durability and long-term use. For something that’s supposed to be a sturdy structure, this is unacceptable. Customer service was another low point. It felt like their focus was entirely on closing the sale rather than making sure the customer was informed, comfortable, and satisfied with the purchase. Once the deal was done, responsiveness and willingness to address concerns dropped off significantly. Overall, I would not recommend Sheds By Design based on my experience. Better communication, higher construction standards, and a more customer-focused approach are definitely needed. I've spent enough money to fix, support and remedy issues to where I could have had someone else build and deliver with much higher quality. Almost to the point of having it built on site. I Do not recommend them unless you just care about cheap storage. Quality is definitely lower than expected even in comparison to overall price point to their competition. Attempted to contact several times with no returned calls from Silas or Miles. But they'll for sure reply to this comment!

Sheds By Design is amazing! I 10/10 recommend them! They went out of their way to work with me on the purchase of my 12x20 6 run kennel. I am a recently single mom and if they hadnt of worked their magic, I would be loosing all my furbabies. I am so grateful for all the help. The kennel is absolutely perfect, and just what I needed. The customer service was so courteous and compassionate. They had it delivered to my home, 4 hours away when other companies refused shorter distances. The delivery driver was very kind and patient with me, as I had to find a different spot for the kennel once it arrived. He got the kennel in place and set up very quickly, without any damage to my property. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and this is one company I will gladly purchase from again in the future should I ever need to.
