King Sheds

I got a Shed at King Sheds, and it was easy to work with and made everything simple. They had a lot of sheds to choose from and helped me find the right one. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a shed in Southwest Florida.

We bought a 12x36 ft shed , Sandy took care of everything, even the permitting. We really like the shed , build quality is very good . If I were to buy another shed I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sandy helped us through the process of purchase, permit, delivery and anchoring. The shed proper (Smithbuilt) has a quality issue, flooring nails not sunk properly. Sandy is reporting it to the builder, we'll see what they do to resolve the problem

So my experience with this company was not a very good one and very disturbing. I purchased a shed about 4 months ago. due to the advice of a friend who felt this company was creditable and reparable. I met with a sales lady and ordered a shed for my backyard a 10 x 10. I paid for the shed, and 6 weeks later, it was delivered. To cut to the Chase, we had a natural disaster in Fort Myers Cape coral, a hurricane called ian. My shed did receive some damage. Only having the shed for 4 months I made a phone call to king shed asking for some help Not more or less to replace it but just help me repair the damage of the shed that I Purchase from them 4 months ago. Trying to be reasonable and figuring that there would be some type of warranty only having the shed for 4 months. The service was horrendous, and no phone calls back. I was ignored, I was lied to. This was not a buy here pay here, nor was this a as-is deal. It was a $5000 shed that was purchased and that these people ignored me. I was told give them a couple weeks and they were figured something out Never heard from them I realize that they suffered some damage too and as a customer I expect it better service It was almost like they took my money and ran. I called and called to get my shed moved back on the foundation that it was moved from by the hurricane Here again still no response no call no nothing.!! I even called Smithbuild Seeking some type of help for their product they too gave me the run around they're running around that they're a wholesaler and they're not responsible. Their information says that their shades can withstand a hurricane up to 170 miles an hour, and my shed was damaged . At 155 and Anchored to the ground OK, here's my advice don't buy a shed from this company they do not care about their customers, nor do they have warranties. I will never purchase anything from this particular company ever again, nor will I ever purchase a shed from Smithbuild again. And how did I finally get my shed moved? Another company came out and moved it at a small price. And this was my story.

My shed just made it through hurricane Ian and is perfect. No wind damage and no problems with tie downs.
