This company doesn't care about their clients - AT ALL ! We have asked for 3 weeks for a promised quote for a metal building The sales rep is not happy to answer the phone or be bothered by customers - looks like customers will get a 50/50 chance on getting anything from them , unless THEY WANT TO DO IT - If at all - I'd spend my money on another company that cares about the customer - These Mom & Pop Companies do not ALWAYS DELIVER as people think ! Not happy with this company , gonna have to spread the news to folks - we have a way to do - we have OUR ACT TOGETHER - trust us !
I bought shed from them it was a Lark , as a retired city inspector I checked over the shed it was rated for 160 miles. hour Hurricane , The installers leveled and installed ground screw anchors like a mobile home Quality Constructed very sound . Sold home with that shed 8X 14 , my newer home buying the same Shed Lark. 10x 12. If you want Quality and excellent installers and a very reparable Company These people know there job!!! Thanks for the shed Plus it will hold a Harley-Davidson on sub- floor !! 😎
They seem to have a good reputation and quality sheds, but when I stopped in and walked in their office the lady in front was with another customer. After just standing there for about 5 minutes, she finally acknowledged me and said she would be with me next and implied I should wait outside. I stood around outside for 20 minutes. Since they did not seem interested in my business I went and bought the 3 sheds I needed for some rental homes from another company.
Robert and his people are wonderful. Their sheds are a great investment. And their service is great. I highly recommend their sheds for any of your storage needs.
