Overall very good experience. Communication between office and field delivery personnel could have been better in order to better meet customer requests/expectations. Delivery personnel were outstanding however, considering some lack of information given.
I am so glad I found Green Acres! Being able to build a shed to my specifications at no additional cost was the way to go. From initial shopping, to building/quoting, and install, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly.
My husband and I had a great experience at Green Acres. We found just what we needed and even visited again 2 days later and made another purchase. Sherry was a pleasure to work with. We definitely will be back.
We visited the store and received several quotes for items we needed, including a shed and outdoor furniture. Our total purchase would have been around $65,000. Before placing the order, we simply needed someone to come by our property to confirm that the shed could fit through our fence and that their equipment could access the installation area. A representative was scheduled to come out on Monday, but he never showed up. I called Green Acres to ask what happened and requested that someone come by that week so we could move forward with paying for delivery and installation. The person who answered assured me that he would come by the following morning. Unfortunately, he was a no-show again. After calling back one more time, I was told that the same person who missed the two appointments was “too busy” and that I should check back in two weeks. Considering Green Acres sells very high-end products at premium prices for a Highway 41 retailer, this level of service was extremely disappointing. We ultimately purchased a shed from Tough-Shed and outdoor furniture from another company. Based on this experience, I would not do business with Green Acres and would not recommend wasting your time.
