Thegeneral here. Good people, great history, friendly staff, exceptional service,on time, always do exactly what they say they will do for you. Been a customer for over 3 years. Never have I had a complaint or problem. Charlie,Zack,Devin are beyond reproach. Great group of gentlemen here that help you solve your problem. These employees are long time workers with great customer skills. I am continually impressed when I come in the store, it's clean alive and has a friendly we get the "job done attitude". Delivery of products are on time efficient, convenient and punctual. Maintenance on products if needed is immediate. I can honestly say without Questions, I have never EVER had a problem. They are open later than most business downtown with a wide selection of furniture, appliances and electronics. We should be proud and support these types of local businesses. I will. Also,Jimmy's food right down the block is awesome TOO.!!! Chicken wings!! Don't forget the Soul food restaurant too!!! OMG!!! AUTHENTIC TOO SAY THE LEAST!!! THIS IS A REALITIVLY NEW... I’ve been scammed by these people. There was a post online for house for rent for $1500 a month. I replied to it and they told me I had to send them $100 to see the house. I did that and they told me they didn’t receive it. So they gave me a different address to send it to which I did. It shows up on my checking account. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them again, but they don’t answer. Do not reply to this ad.

I sadly was affected by the tornado that hit Rome NY. My home was completely destroyed and my couch was damaged in the process of everything. This is a couch that is still being paid on AND I AN PAYING INSURANCE ON! To my understanding when paying for insurance I was thinking that Natural disasters are covered. Imagine my surprise when all I was offered was a couch cleaning and a sewing on a rip That was caused from the storm. The managers response was “well I didn’t do the rip” And my reply was nor did I and in response he stated he can’t replace my couch for broken glass water, and a rip. How insane is it that I’m stuck paying on a couch that has been damaged when insurance should’ve simply replaced the couch. Worst Service I have ever experienced. Thanks for nothing!

I use their service I have a great time talking to Mark and Charlie the computer guy. If it wasn't for them my home wouldn't be operating as it is as I'm on a limited income as I work towards better days. Great Rentals rents to one person and when that person leaves u they stick you with that person's rental bill which isn't right at all I never rented the furniture nor the bed my ex did and up and left me now they sticking me with her bill of $1200 so since I have to pay off someone else's bill I'll never deal with Great Rentals again never the worse place ever!!!!!!!

I have actually gotten a few things from here and when I was looking for more I was told they don't service Montgomery Co. Because I moved I can't shop here anymore...I would think a solid client bank that will come back would be important not were you have to deliver but I was refused service

This is the easiest place to rent/ buy so many things from cell phones to beds. The people in Rome ny are three nicest and most wonderful people I've ever dealt with. We've become friends.

My father in law has been going to this store for a little over a year now and they are much friendlier than their competitors. Everytime we walk in there, I don't feel pressured to buy something. I highly recommend this if you want an affordable price on anything.
