Update 2026: I tried ordering a drawing tablet online and my card was declined. When I called the bank said the tablet ships from China and they don't do business with China. 3 days later, I tried ordering an online course, same thing. This time it's from Great Britain. They don't do business with them, either. My debit card doesn't even have tap. I'm closing my account today. Outdated. The staff were friendly and opening a checking account was easy. When I opened my account I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for a debit card. Okay. I went to enroll in mobile banking I was told I had to wait 3 weeks to do that. Ugh...okay. Now what prompted my review: it's been almost 2 weeks since I opened my account and today I received an envelope in the mail with deposit slips telling me how easy it is to bank by mail. Unacceptable in 2025.

This was the best bank in town. Over the past 5 years, things have changed. Modernizing services does not mean improving services. I called about a stop check issue about a month ago. Still waiting for a call back. That's just one example. Not willing to drive 30 minutes to get to the bank when there are banks and CU much closer. Very sorry about the changes here.

I’ve been scammed by these people. There was a post online for house for rent for $1500 a month. I replied to it and they told me I had to send them $100 to see the house. I did that and they told me they didn’t receive it. So they gave me a different address to send it to which I did. It shows up on my checking account. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them again, but they don’t answer. Do not reply to this ad.
