This place is so crooked rented me a washer and dryer pair brought washer and told me when I needed to use the dryer just keep unplugging the stove. Took dryer back to switch for apt size as bd 3 months later no dryer despite paying for it and because I keep questioning it every time it’s a different answer 39/49 more a month you said you didn’t want it we never charged you for it. We don’t have contract show me yours etc. mind you guys they send are only delivery drivers whom akso don’t have the best to say about Aron’s.do not deal with these people if you don’t have to fraudsters!!!!!

I can’t speak for no one else, but I could highly recommend Aaron’s Hands Down’ Ashley gives the best customer service. I’ve been with them for two years now never had an issue. They always take care of me. Thank you so much!! 😁👏🏼..

Place is a joke. Because I WORK and I didn't answer my phone, (mind you, they never left a message on my voicemail) when they tried calling they cancelled my lease and returned my money which was paid ahead. Wouldn't recommend going through them unless you are unemployed and living on welfare. Go through Rent a Center if you are smart

I rented a king size bedroom set I have only gotten the headboard it's been over a week and still waiting on the rest but no one at the Utica store knows anything I got a call last week that said I was 10 days late on my payment but I only had it 3 days I will be sending my headboard back since I cant get the rest of my stuff I will go somewhere else were I can get what I'm saying for

I bought a bed from here, not once was i late on my automatic payment. One week my card got lost so while I was waiting for a new one I called them and told them i would have to pay a few days late. They told me I had to drive to their location (45 min from me) to give them $7 cash instead of giving me a 3 day grace period , they fined me a $25 late fee. Talked to a corporate manager and they said that was unacceptable for a first time. Too bad, cause I was planning on refurnishing my place but I will never do business with this place again. Corporate management was very helpful however :)
