I'm still in the middle of my process of getting two sheds I purchased delivered and in the right place. But my experience so far has been excellent. The staff has gone above and beyond in helping me get the sheds level and in the right place. I would use them again and, in fact, I already have.
I had an amazing experience at Cricket Valley Structures! Zach McKenzie works in the office and was so kind, helpful, and professional! Brian McKenzie delivered our shed and did a great job getting it set where I wanted it! He was very kind, and both men were so easy to work with. I shopped around at 7 other shed places, and Cricket Valley had the best prices! I would recommend them every time!!
Love our new 20x20 pavilion from Cricket Valley Structures. Design and quoting process was thorough, flexible, and accurate. Connected us with a reputable concrete contractor to pour the pad. Installation crew was great to work with and great workmanship. Excellent communication from start to finish, and strong overall value. A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
We used Cricket Valley for our shed - - highly recommend their products. They were kind, professional, and did a great job. I took off one star. They offered to do the 'Site Prep' for an added fee. I agreed and the company they used tore up our lawn. We needed to reseed the whole area. Granted, it was wet, but the guy never offered to do it a different date when it dried up - - just went ahead and did the job. As you can see, it wasn't good. Cricket Valley apologized and discounted the final invoice slightly to compensate, but it was still frustrating. Highly recommend the company. HIGH quality and great people. But, I'd recommend prepping the site yourself.
