Carolina Shed Quarters (Pine View Buildings dealer)

I ordered my 12x20 foot Amish-built barn shed in mid May from Thomas Brown, who was very friendly and helpful through the ordering process and I was told it would be 4-5 weeks to complete and deliver. That was spot-on, it was delivered mid-June and was installed within an hour of his arrival. I had prepped the spot with a compacted gravel bed already leveled so it was only a matter of unloading it from the trailer and wheeling it in place. The driver was "Dalton" and he knew exactly what to do and was a very courteous and personable guy. I am very satisfied with the quality of construction, this will be used first for storage and later as a workshop. I did the wiring myself although the building could have been ordered already wired but I wanted to do it in order to customize it to my specific needs. I am powering it with a portable generator and will later add a small two-circuit panel and have that connected to my house power. I also underpinned the building using PVC lattice to both dress it up and to close off the underside to critters like chipmunks and rabbits. I highly recommend Carolina Sheds and Tom Brown, he was very knowledgeable and it was like seeing an old friend after a few minutes of talking with him
