They do not explain that 50% of your payment goes to a rental fee and 50% goes towards the principal. So your actually paying double the purchase price by the time the building is paid off. Also they give you the option of 3, 4, or 5 year plan. I chose the 3 year plan because it was $20 cheaper then the 4 year plan. But yet when the contract printed it said 4 year plan. I had 2 people plus me witness this . Lou the guy who writes the contracts is not very knowledgeable when it comes to most questions. They did not like the fact when I questioned the contract and said I was just not understanding.
