We had a good sales experience with the organization regarding pricing and structures. We were in the begining of a home build. We left a deposit for a car port that could not be ordered until site prep was completed and approved by the factory. Weather conditions and storm effects changed our decisions and timelines and we decided a carport was not a good option. They will not return the deposit and have not responded to requests.
Overall the steel building we bought is nice, but the process of getting it has been horrible. We are close to a year after the initial purchase and are still not complete to our satisfaction. Part of the problem was Horry county, but a good part of it was also Carolina Sales. We have problems that stemmed from the sprayed on insulation and cleaning of the beams after wards that resulted in a multitude of holes in the siding and the roof. There came to fix it after more than 8 weeks of wait time, and it still isn’t right. We will never deal with Carolina Sales again. The last picture of the inside shows a hole through the roof.
With the assistance of Hal and Denise I had my new building purchased within 10 minutes. Great selection and great service! I highly recommend. Merry Christmas guys and thank you!
I was shopping around for a metal garage. So glad I stopped in to check with these guys (girls). They have great pricing and went above and beyond to help me. I love my garage and the concrete looks fantastic. Cannot wait to get my spray-foam done next week!!
