We ordered a 12x28 custom shed from Better Built Sheds. The workmanship is incredible! It exceeded our expectations and at a great price! The office person, Angelia, was so very helpful and professional, meeting all our needs and offering suggestions that turned out wonderfully. The delivery person, Michael, was amazing. He put the shed exactly where we needed it, leveled it totally and was extremely professional and polite in every way. We completely would recommend this company to anyone needing an accessory building.

Great experience from the sales through the delivery and set up! The sales process was 30 minutes in and out with a delivery date just over a week out. The delivery driver was an excellent operator and backed into our narrow driveway like it was a parking lot! He set up the shed quickly and correctly and overall it was just an easy process!

I can't express how accommodating Better Built and Michael was to me. Both kept me up to date on building times and delivery. I have never had such great customer service! I know it was a shed, but all the things going on in my life right now...they were a Godsend! I promise you that you will not find a better place to purchase your shed!

Working with Better Built Sheds has been the best experience with a business we've ever had! We have a challenging lot and needed a custom design to fit in the limited space we had. Working with Angelia to customize our design couldn't have been easier and more pleasant! She was so patient and professional! Pricing was very competitive and transparent. The build was fast and Angelia sent progress photos as it was constructed. It's a beautiful, quality built shed that looks more like a tiny home! The delivery of the shed was so impressive! Michael is a true pro with amazing skills and was so polite! Our shed pad was surrounded by propane tanks and septic tanks on a steep incline and the shed had to be precisely set adjacent to our foundation wall. Michael handled it with such skill and accuracy. We still can't believe he was able to get the shed in place on his own. We are so happy with the entire process and can't thank them enough for such a wonderful experience! We hope to work with them again to design an outdoor bar/pub/tiki hut to enhance our outdoor living space. Thank you Better Built Sheds!

The shed is very well built and they had a great selection to choose from on site. This was my first time purchasing a shed and I’d have to say that everything it involved from the first meeting and picking out my building to having it delivered to my lot was about as pleasant and easy as anything I’ve ever done.
