Michael is awesome. Very friendly and professional. He has delivered all 3 of our sheds and we have been completely satisfied. Thank you Michael.
After looking at several sheds by other reputable manufacturers, quality of construction, price, standard features, and convenience all make Better Built a huge value for me. Plus they are built locally, and Doug Dansey is an honest, friendly local dealer who knows what it means to provide great quality and Customer Service. The delivery driver/ installation technician, Mike Snyder, was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The entire process from purchase to delivery and installation was smooth, quick and seamless! I highly recommended Better Built Sheds and the Scottsville/ Prospect based Team!

Micheal did a great job with delivering the shed and leveling
Michael did an amazing job delivering our 12x20 shed. He was on time and finished the shed with great work and professionalism. Everything was perfectly level front to back and in the exact place we wanted. He worked with us to make sure it was done the way we wanted. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Michael and BetterBuiltsheds.
We ordered a 12x28 custom shed from Better Built Sheds. The workmanship is incredible! It exceeded our expectations and at a great price! The office person, Angelia, was so very helpful and professional, meeting all our needs and offering suggestions that turned out wonderfully. The delivery person, Michael, was amazing. He put the shed exactly where we needed it, leveled it totally and was extremely professional and polite in every way. We completely would recommend this company to anyone needing an accessory building.
He was so an awesome job and quick set up with the shed. Very friendly and easy communication . I was satisfied with his work!
Everyone from Amber - sales, Angelia - manufacturing to Michael - delivery from Better Built Shed did an outstanding job! They were professional, personable, considerate, helpful and fun to deal with as we selected, designed and redesigned our shed. When asked to have delivered by a selected date they under promised but over delivered on getting the project completed! We couldn’t be happier with the end product! These individuals are why people should and need to support small businesses! They care about what they do! Thank you!
We love our new shed! Everyone was so helpful from the purchase process through delivery! Mike was able to place our shed exactly where we wanted it! Such nice people to work with and great quality sheds! Highly recommend!
It was an awesome experience from purchasing with Scott who gave me and awesome price on my shed to Michael. delivering the shed on my house and making sure it was in the right spot and level wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to buy a shred 😀

I recently worked with Better Built Sheds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you are looking for a high-quality outdoor building, this is the company to go with. What stood out to me: Customization Options: They offer an incredible range of ways to tailor the building to your specific needs. From the layout to the aesthetic details, they really let you make the space your own. Great Pricing: Compared to other options on the market, their pricing is extremely competitive without sacrificing the quality of the materials or construction. Fast Delivery: I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get the building out to me. The logistics were handled professionally and right on schedule. Professionalism: They were an awesome company to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, and they made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Better Built Sheds to anyone looking for a durable, well-priced building and a team that actually delivers on their promises!
Great experience from the sales through the delivery and set up! The sales process was 30 minutes in and out with a delivery date just over a week out. The delivery driver was an excellent operator and backed into our narrow driveway like it was a parking lot! He set up the shed quickly and correctly and overall it was just an easy process!
I can't express how accommodating Better Built and Michael was to me. Both kept me up to date on building times and delivery. I have never had such great customer service! I know it was a shed, but all the things going on in my life right now...they were a Godsend! I promise you that you will not find a better place to purchase your shed!
