They are dishonest when you make an agreement for a payment other than what you signed for they will not change your contract agreement your payments will accrue, they will tell you that they will not repo your building but they will show up without giving you 30 days to get your belongings out of it. They are thieves its better to go to lowes, home depot get a credit card or buy your own materials to build your own shed or building. Don't go here to rent to own a building save your money instead. All your stuff will end up in your yard looking like a junk yard then you'll spend hours placing your belongings in your home or yard. You'll end up with a severe headache, body aches and feel like your gonna have an aneurysm. Don't buy from any of these places, save your money to build your own, pay cash outright, or get a credit card at a store to build one yourself, save yourself the hard work, save your money cause it's a waste.

Couldn’t have expected a more pleasant and hassle free experience than I received from Christy! She is the most joyful, helpful, customer friendly sales associate any company could ever ask for. Everything that I had asked for to be included and/or removed on my storage building, she made happen. Always available when I had questions or asked for status updates. Will definitely recommend her and backyard world to anyone interested and if I ever need another structure in the future! I’m very pleased with the building. Even the delivery guys set it up like it was their own. 5 Stars all around !!
I have purchased a cabin build on site, portable building, play set, and outdoor furniture from Backyard World over the past couple of years. I would not go anywhere else. Their building quality and quality of customer service is exceptional. They are great to work with through the entire process, from sales to delivery!
