I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. They’re NOT BBB ACCREDITED WARN!NG!! TERRIBLE SERVICE COST ME THOUSAND$$$ ENDED UP WITH NOTHING. Very untrustworthy, will lie and shady business practices. 1. I purchased a 16’ x 44’ building. They tell me they deal with buildings this size without problems. 2. In between purchase and pick up. The carpenter they have damaged the building basically snapping it in half. I have pictures and video of the bldg when i purchased it and the damage. Instead of informing anyone that he damaged the building he said nothing and tried to hide it until the date of delivery when when the driver saw the bldg bowed and refused to deliver the damaged building. Backyard storage could have informed me instead of allowing me to put a foundation down costing thousands for the bldg. They initially try denying any damage to the building as I’m not present on site. 3. Backyard storage tries to get another company to deliver the damaged building stating I’d be held liable if it’s damaged. I came and looked at it myself and saw the damage it was BADDD khaliq tried to deny damages then got called out AND THE REPAIR GUY ADMITED HE TRIED TO LIFT IT WITH THE MULE AND BROKE IT. only then did they offer to repair the bldg because they broke it using the mule incorrectly. 4. I was put in contact with Chuck Pfleghardt the GM he stated they would repair the bldg for me. 5. I inspected the fix, the guy who did repairs said he couldn’t fix it and did his best. I advised him and Khaliq to contact the delivery service J&J towing and explain the issues to see if they’ll be able to do what is expected if if they say yeah I’d resign the agreement. 6. Khaliq told me he contacted J&J and they said it was all clear. So I resigned boy was that a mistake. 7. I found out again on the day of delivery the bldg is undeliverable the employee couldn’t repair what he damaged and they never cleared it with J&J towing ahead of time so Khaliq lied and said he ok’d it when he didn’t. 8. The driver refused the bldg because it’s still damaged and BackYard storage tried to blame the driver and every excuse he could make up and still tried to convince him to deliver the damaged building. The driver contacted me and told me. What they were wanting him to deliver the bldg anyways and he couldn’t do business like that. 9. I reached back out to the GM Chuck Pfleghardt to resolve the issue since they failed to do their job and dropped the ball and straight up lied to me. He had every excuse. Now it’s because the building is too wide…. now it’s too long and it’s not ment to be moved. The guy who repoed it damaged it and didn’t tell them. Then he tried to blame me for buying the building …that was crazy. 10. I was contacted at 2pm today they refunded my deposit and told lies that J&J towing told Khaliq that they will no longer deliver bldgs over 30’ that all they have is a 16’ x 30’ for me. I contacted J&J to confirm and that was also a lie by Backyard storage. Khaliq couldn’t even come up with a name of who told him that so it was a lie. I asked will they give me discount since they damaged my building and cost me thousands and have to rip up the foundation and to see the bldg. 11. 6 hrs later at 8pm since I didn’t make a decision and had questions for them to right the wrong make the customer happy so they refused to do right by their screw up. They gave me 6hrs to decide if I want a totally different building not even time to think about it. 12. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND THE HEADACHE to make a purchase this large with dishonest people I wouldn’t do any business with them imagine if my delivery guy didn’t have morals I’d be stuck with a $15k pile of trash. They could have saved me the headache and money if the guy just informed management of the damage and notified me. 2nd go round if the driver deny the pickup the. u need to get the ok from delevery 1st. 13. I will leave this up until they do right by waisting my time and money by being dishonest and shady.. 14. People spending that kind of money with their business needs to do better.

Upon walking into Backyard Storage I was greeted by Mr. Mack and my wait time was less than a minute. Mr. Mack showed excellent customer service and explain the purchasing process also He allowed me the opportunity to ask questions and he provided great answers. He displayed professionalism and returned my calls in a timely manner. He is definitely an access to the company. I will inform my friends to stop by and ask for him if they are in need of a storage unit. I would rate Mr. Mack as a 10 out of 10. Have a great day!

Khaliq is awesome and had good communication even on his days off, the guy needs a raise. The delivery was delayed but got it delivered today by J&J towing and very pleased the guy was a real down to earth gentleman. Everyone was so kind and got a great deal on my she shed. Thank you

I will never purchase anything here again, I have been waiting over 3 months for a engineer drawing so I can get permits and the GM Billy finally called me yesterday after almost 4 months of calling and leaving messages still not doing anything on this, told me he just got married, and has been busy, well what about the 3 months before that, however he said it may be summer before I can get this, I refuse to pay another sent on this 30,000 shed until I get what I need, not to mention charging me over 300.00 for permit and moving, that the driver tore the shingles off by running into a tree, very frustrated why I cant get engineer plans

They were extremely professional and fast! Being an extremely busy single mom of three, it’s hard to find time to do anything but they made the purchase process smooth and convenient over the phone. My unit was delivered within the same week. Setup and delivery was prompt, professional, and quick. I am extremely happy with my purchase; unit was true to online picture and description.
